I looked up how to make Soda Bread, which lead me to learn the science behind Baking Powder (β‰ˆ baking soda), and it's blowing my mind that this is a thing that can be used for breads.

I knew about baking powder for cakes or scones. I'm slowly learning how to cook basic foods, as part of a DIY/hacker vibe. I love the idea of being independent of large organisations/corps, where I am in control.
